Weekly Revision #2 -- 

- Fixed a page numbering bug, clarified and emphasized some text in the rules section, more formatting issues squashed (love working out of a google doc, it's so... annoying.)
- Fixed formatting on a couple playbooks, ran a sanity check that they'd be legible in greyscale (checked)

Next week: backgroundless versions of everything for better printing.
